Serving Wine

Of course Twisted is good, but it is even better when served properly. Here are a couple of tips for serving both red and white wines.

White wines - serve chilled (50 - 60 degrees) from either a refrigerator or bucket of ice.

Red wines - serve either room temperature or try putting them in the refrigerator for 15 minutes for a slight chill.

If time permits, open the wine 20 to 30 minutes prior to drinking. As oxygen mixes with the wine, it allows the aromas and flavors to become more pronounced and intense.
